The sale is for a high quality Morse taper 1 Fully adjustable pen Mandrel with 6 Slimline bushes and a Alloy Steel Lock nut.The advantage over fixed mandrel is with the adjustable one it can be shortened or lenghtend to suit the pen you are making.

Please note my Mandrels both MT1 and MT2 are supplied with a 6.13mm Diameter shaft and not like many Far Eastern import models which come with a 6mm undersized shaft which will mean all standard bushing sets will be a very loose fit and could impact on your pen turning.The only bushes which have a tight fitting are the Slimline one they supply with the Mandrel please not these slimline bushes will not fit the v6.13mm diameter shafts included in this kit a Barrel Triimmer kit
