The sale is for a single Wood Lathe head stock thread protector Machined Drilled and Tapped to 3/4" x 16 TPI.The Thread protector is made from High Grade plastic and it's main function is to protect The spindle threads when using the lathe without the chuck.

I am sure that we are all aware of the problems that arise when the spindle Threads are damaged,these include replacement of the spindle which means stripping down the lathe and a replacement spindle which would not be cheap
